You can order directly from Llumina Press by calling us toll free at 866-229-9244. Or you can order on the web by going to www.llumina.com/request_for_quote.htm. You can also order from Ingram by following the normal steps for back ordering. Your order will usually be printed within 24 to 48 hours and shipped within five to seven work days.

If you normally use Ingram's "iPage" system for ordering, go to https://ipage.ingrambook.com and enter your user ID and password. That's "https" not "http." Locate the book, add it to your order list, and specify "backorder" when you reach the next screen.
